We have learned that an email is being sent to vendors asking them to fill out an application form to the 2026 Cowichan Exhibition.

We use Mailchimp to send out application invitations, and our return email address would be cowex@shaw.ca ( NOT the Gmail address in the scam email). Please do not respond to the email. 
 
2026 Concessionaire and Vendor applications are now closed for this year’s Fair. 
Applications for the 2027 Fair will be available on the website in the Spring of 2027. Or if you’d like to be on our mailing list to receive an application reminder, please email Shari Paterson at  cowex@shaw.ca
