🙋♀️ Volunteer at the 158th Cowichan Exhibition Fall Fair! 🌻
Do you enjoy sewing? Are you passionate about poultry? Are you a plant enthusiast? We’d love to have you join our volunteer team!
We’re looking for volunteers to help in Mellor Hall on September 15, 16 and 17 with the following divisions:
🧵 Sewing
🧶 Knitting & Crochet
🥕 Garden Produce
🌾 Field Crops
🥚 Eggs
Duties include receiving and checking entries and setting up exhibit tables.
We’re also looking for volunteers during the Fall Fair, September 18, 19 and 20. Fair shifts are just 3 hours, and volunteers
receive one-day gate admission to the Fair!
Other volunteer positions include:
Fair setup and Tear Down
Cashier and Ticketing
Do you love animals, agriculture and being a part of the community?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized person to take on the role of Livestock Coordinator.
The coordinator will help organize and oversee the livestock area, work with exhibitors and volunteers, and help make sure everything runs smoothly during the fair, which takes place at the Cowichan Fairgrounds September 18-20.
Whether you have livestock experience or simply a passion for supporting our local agricultural community, we’d love to hear from you!
